Melissa provided some great insight during our house hunt. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she would find out and get right back to us. She didn't hesitate to ask questions to her broker if she didn't know the answer and I appreciated that she recognized it was important to provide reassurance and she always came back with a valid answer. She even provided some contacts for us for certain services in the area as we are out of province and this was extremely helpful and appreciated. She continued to check in with us after we moved in to ensure everything was in good working order and we are settled and happy. We appreciated that!!
