Melissa provided some great insight during our house hunt. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she would find out and get right back to us. She didn't hesitate to ask questions to her broker if she didn't know the answer and I appreciated that she recognized it was important to provide reassurance and she always came back with a valid answer. She even provided some contacts for us for certain services in the area as we are out of province and this was extremely helpful and appreciated.
