Buying & selling doesn’t have to be stressful
Brad Collicutt
Brad combines his deep local roots with unmatched expertise to help clients achieve their dreams through real estate acquisition.
Brad calls Charlottetown home, where he lives with his wife and three kids. Over the past 15 years Brad’s been busy building a successful career as a real estate investor. Brad combines his deep local roots with unmatched expertise to help clients achieve their dreams—whether it’s finding their perfect home or building wealth through real estate acquisition.
Brad’s journey in real estate began through personal investment, where he cultivated a sharp eye for market trends and the potential in every property. His experience spans every corner of the real estate industry, including home buying, home building, short-term, medium-term, and long-term rentals, vacant land development, and seasonal properties. Currently owning and managing multiple rental properties and developing a large parcel of land, Brad brings the insights of both an agent and an active investor to his clients.
Brad’s hands-on experience as an investor gives him a unique perspective that goes beyond the typical real estate transaction. His ability to analyze opportunities from both an agent’s and investor’s lens ensures his clients receive strategic insights that not only meet their current needs but also set a foundation for long-term success.
When Brad isn’t fully immersed in real estate, he’s busy spending time with his family, coaching his kids sports teams and volunteering in the community.
