After meeting at an open house and hearing what we were looking for, she went and found it within hours; an unlisted new construction (she literally knocked on doors for us)! AND, she didn't stop there‚ she continued to help us with every decision from picking out flooring to finishings and decor! She was also fearless in her advocacy for us ensuring we were 100% satisfied with our new home. I want to move again just because I enjoyed working with her so much. 10/10 would recommend Janessa.

She didn't hesitate to ask questions to her broker if she didn't know the answer and I appreciated that she recognized it was important to provide reassurance and she always came back with a valid answer. She even provided some contacts for us for certain services in the area as we are out of province and this was extremely helpful and appreciated. She continued to check in with us after we moved in to ensure everything was in good working order and we are settled and happy. We appreciated that!!
