Albert Kays is an amazing realtor. This is the second home purchase we have worked with Albert on in PEl. I am from the Island and have wanted to move back for many years. This year we decided to make the move. Having dealt with Albert in the past, I reached out to him to start looking for properties. When we found the home that looked perfect for us, we wanted to act quickly. Due to Covid restrictions, we were unable to see the property in person before our purchase. With the help of Albert, we were able to get a clearer picture of our new home. He met with my family members on the Island and face-timed us through each viewing of the house. Albert went above and beyond, taking the home inspector through the house, recording videos of the home inspection. He even met the Bell technician to ensure we had internet when we arrived! He truly went above and beyond, and we love our new home. It's great to back at home on the Island!
