Melissa was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgable in the market in Cornwall and priced our property well with the current market. She marketed the property through social media and was very accessible (quick to respond) to people who were interested in viewing the property. Furthermore, she kept the property clean for showings/open houses – which I believe is important for buyers. I would highly recommend Melissa for anyone looking to sell or buy on PEI.
