With a background in sales and marketing, Albert brings a strategic and well-informed approach to pricing, negotiations, and market timing. Clients appreciate his straightforward communication style and his ability to explain complex market conditions in plain language — whether they’re purchasing a first home, relocating to PEI, downsizing, or selling a long-held property.

That long-term, family-first perspective shapes how he approaches real estate: patient, practical, and built on trust.
A lifelong Islander, Albert comes from a family with deep roots in Prince Edward Island business. His father, George, and uncles operated the well-respected Kays Brothers wholesale business for nearly 50 years, establishing a reputation for integrity, reliability, and hard work — values that continue to guide Albert’s professional approach today.
Beyond real estate, Albert has been a consistent supporter and volunteer with numerous community and health-focused initiatives throughout the region, reflecting his belief in giving back to the community he serves.
Outside of work, Albert enjoys drumming, classic rock, cooking, football, travel — and you may just catch him on stage playing music or involved in local theatre productions around the Island.
