Melissa Pitre proudly serves clients across Prince Edward Island. Born and raised in Tignish, she comes from a family rooted in fishing and construction—where hard work and dedication were part of everyday life. That foundation continues to shape how she shows up for her clients today.
Now heading into her fourth year in real estate, Melissa works with buyers, sellers, and investors, guiding them through the process in a way that feels straightforward, informed, and stress-free. Her approach is simple: be honest, be responsive, and ensure her clients feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.
Prior to real estate, Melissa spent several years in both Federal and Provincial government roles. That experience strengthened her attention to detail, organization, and ability to guide people through important decisions—skills that carry through in every transaction she’s involved in.
Melissa also has a strong interest in land development and has been actively involved in the growth of the Scottsview Meadows subdivision in Cornwall. Being part of that process has given her valuable insight into development opportunities and a broader understanding of real estate across the Island.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys cooking, travelling, and staying inspired by home design and décor. Most importantly, she values time with her friends and family - her partner Andrew, her children Dawson and Samantha, her daughter-in-law Hope, and her grandson, Todd.
