Rarely seen without a smile, Janessa Wolters brings passion and a vast collection of life experiences to the Island’s real estate industry. Raised in rural PEI with traditional Dutch values, Janessa is no stranger to hard work and knows how to stretch a dollar. She spent her younger years sharing in farm chores and managed the family restaurant while attending UPEI. After graduating from university, Janessa went on to enjoy a fulfilling and award-winning career in naturopathy where she continues to support the lives of fellow Islanders.

As a licensed REALTOR®, Janessa’s strong work and competitive nature serve her clients well, as does her unique ability to look past visual clutter to help others see a property’s full potential.

While she loves to dream, Janessa remains firmly grounded in reality. She’s the proud owner of her family homestead in Stanhope, where her eye for minimalist design goes to good use. She often brings her spirit of adventure to the outdoors, where she enjoys burning off energy in ways that benefit her physical and mental health— running, hiking, or snowboarding.
