I am from Korea and became a Canadian citizen in December. I starting to look to buy my own home and met with John Dunphy. The first time we scheduled a viewing I got lost but he waited for me for an hour with patient. He had all the information of the house and if he didn’t have enough, he would research and tell me what`s good or bad. When I found a house in Summerside area, I was approved by the bank, but John was still concern of the condition of the house, so he strongly recommend that maybe this is not the house for me. He was right after the home inspection failed. I finally bought my own place. I appreciate what Mr Dunphy did and I trust him. He is smart, hardworking, does his research and is very quick with his responses which I really liked. Thank you, John!
