Brad’s journey in real estate began through personal investment, where he cultivated a sharp eye for market trends and the potential in every property. His experience spans every corner of the real estate industry, including home buying, home building, short-term, medium-term, and long-term rentals, vacant land development, and seasonal properties. Currently owning and managing multiple rental properties and developing a large parcel of land, Brad brings the insights of both an agent and an active investor to his clients.
