Brad’s journey in real estate began through personal investment, where he cultivated a sharp eye for market trends and the potential in every property. His experience spans every corner of the real estate industry, including home buying, home building, short-term, medium-term, and long-term rentals, vacant land development, and seasonal properties. His ability to analyze opportunities from both an agent’s and investor’s lens ensures his clients receive strategic insights that not only meet their current needs but also set a foundation for long-term success.
When Brad isn’t fully immersed in real estate, he’s busy spending time with his family, coaching his kids sports teams and volunteering in the community.
